A Witty Look at the American South ‘Wimmin folk’

Here is a very witty look at the American South and its women (sometimes spelt “wimmin”) Those of you who are reading from abroad might not fully appreciate this as the humor is very subtle. It is a treasure trove of clichés from my culture, some of which men also use routinely. Enjoy!

As a Frenchman, I’m utterly unable to grasp the humour here.

The chick with a pink dress looks really gorgeous but after having heard her and the things she said, my interested dropped 🙂

I like this blog, I’ll probably also comment on theological topics in the future.

Well, I’m glad you checked in out nevertheless and do hope you come back and comment on my theology. And I recognize that my “theology” is not of the garden variety so I’d be pleased to her your observations. Thanks so much for dropping by.

LOL I love this. What’s interesting is that we said many of these things in Illinois, where I’m from. Downstate Illinois, don’t ya’ know! I have to share this with my Facebook peeps. Although I live in the UK now, I am a born and bred Midwestern gal. Thanks for the laugh Lew!!
